ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson County’s unemployment rate dropped to 4.2% in October as 933 county residents found employment during the month, according to the latest statewide labor force report issued by the S.C. Anderson County was awarded the prestigious 2016 Project of the Year award for the newly constructed Airline Road Bridge at the South Carolina American Public Works Association (SCAPWA) conference held earlier this week in Greenville. Anderson County Wastewater will be conducting smoke test on sewer lines throughout the Powdersville area (see list below).
