Permit Fee Schedule -

Adoption of the 2012 IRC- This letter was developed as a notice to all Builders of the adoption of the 2012 IRC. It also contains a list of some of the Significant Changes. Note: This does not reflect all the changes in the 2012 IRC
2009 Energy Code Checklist- As of January 1st 2013, this form is required to be filled out complete for all new Single-Family Dwellings, Additions and Renovations. This is a checklist identifying the requirements of the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code. This form must be submitted to our office prior to the Final Inspection.
