The Anderson County Media Department is responsible for the development of strategic communications planning, leveraging technology such as the internet and social media, to enhance outreach efforts that will educate and engage the public about Anderson County services. We assist with responses to media requests and assist departments with education and outreach through a variety of methods, including video production by Anderson County TV, social media platforms and the county’s website.

Anderson County TV (ACTV) is on the air!  Check it out on Charter Spectrum Channel 193 or the County's YouTube Channel. This initiative is being pursued as an outlet to provide citizens with information relating to all facets of Anderson County life.  The primary goal is to provide our citizens in all parts of the County with pertinent information regarding governmental operations, the health and welfare of our communities, and upcoming events.

See what’s  happening in Anderson County on Charter Spectrum Channel 193, West Carolina Channel 27, and streaming online. We also are on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Chromecast and Youtube.
