DESCRIPTION:Anderson County Human Relations Council presents Nancy Basket\n\nJoin us in honoring Native American/Indigenous People Heritage Month with a unique opportunity to experience the talents of Nancy Basket\, a renowned creator and artist gifted in crafting sculptures/lampshades/baskets made from kudzu\, designing wall panels and folk-art pieces\, and educating children and adults on the past and current historical value of Native Americans through Storytelling.\n\nNancy Basket has served as an Artist in Residence with the SC Arts Commission and provides workshops to K-12 and university students.
