Program Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The Anderson HOME Consortium(Anderson County, City of Anderson, and Town of Belton) PY2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is available for review. The CAPER provides an evaluation of the Consortium’s performance and expenditure of federal HOME funds utilized to benefit low- and moderate-income residents within the participating jurisdictions.
The draft CAPER will be available for public inspection beginning Sept 4 until 5:00 PM on Sept 21, 2026. Copies of the draft CAPER will be accessible for public review at the official Anderson County government website and at Anderson County administrative offices during regular business hours.
The Anderson HOME Consortium will host a concurrent public hearing to provide an overview of the CAPER and receive public input on September 9, 2026, 2:00 PM at the Anderson County Public Library, Wren Meeting Room. Written comments or questions must be submitted and received no later than September 21, 2026. Please direct all correspondence to:
