Anderson County Facilities provides maintenance of Anderson County owned buildings and grounds by replacement of equipment and parts of property when required, specialized services where needed, providing preventative maintenance on major equipment, and striving to meet current ADA requirements for all facilities. It also provides coordinating efforts on behalf of the County with all architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on all County contractual work. Also, to provide technical expertise and consultation to all County departments with the goal of providing highest quality of work for the best price, on schedule and completed within the established budget.
