Anderson County Solid Waste encourages all residents to recycle after the holiday season. Every effort helps to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in our landfills. Several programs are in place to assist residents in their recycling efforts, such as the Christmas Tree Collection at our convenience centers.

Anderson County is working with local fishermen and the US Army Corp of Engineers to use the trees for fish habitat. Residents can bring their Christmas Trees to any of the Anderson County Convenience Centers through January 26, 2019.
