All citizens in District 7 are invited to attend a combination meeting to hear and learn about the following.
- Changes that have occurred in Anderson County from 2016 to the present in land use, population, natural resources, transportation, housing, resilience, economic development, priority investment, community services, and facilities with the county’s 2026 comprehensive plan update. Your input will be received on how you want your community to be in the next 10-25 years.
- How the zoning process works in your voting precinct.
- The landfill expansion discussion is located off Big Creek Road, Belton.

- The proposed solar farm is located on Rector, Browning, and Tony Creek Road in Belton.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Cedar Grove Elementary School – Cafeteria – 107 Melvin Lane, Williamston, SC.
