County Announces Town Hall Meeting in Downtown Anderson

Discussion on Road Fee to Be Held on Monday, September 16th at 6:30 p.m.

Anderson County, S.C. – County Council has scheduled a town hall meeting concerning the proposed County road fee. The meeting will take place in County Council Chambers on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse in downtown Anderson, 101 South Main Street, Anderson, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Council member Gracie Floyd said, regarding the meeting, “We need you to come to this meeting, and I ask that you please come to tell us your thoughts on this or on other matters.”

County officials will begin the meeting with an informational presentation followed by open discussion.
