County Council Expanding Bus Route to Belton and Honea Path
“Purple Route” Hours Expanded, Will Depart from Old McCants Monday through Friday
Anderson County, S.C. (July 5, 2019) – The Anderson County Council has approved additional funding to expand the availability of the bus route from Anderson to Belton and Honea Path. Effective immediately, the bus will depart from the Old McCants in Anderson Monday through Friday at the following times:

Councilman Ray Graham and Councilwoman Cindy Wilson, who represent the Belton and Honea Path areas, are excited to see the difference this bus route is already making in the lives of our citizens and believe this expanded investment will pay great dividends for the community, especially for local businesses and residents who depend upon the transportation for employees’ daily commute.
