Anderson County Annual Tree Lighting

Join us on Thursday, December 4th, for one of Anderson’s favorite holiday traditions! Enjoy an evening filled with festive music, sweet treats, holiday characters, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself.
The fun begins at 6:00 PM on the square in front of the Anderson County Courthouse, with the Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7:00 PM. Bring your family and friends to kick off the holiday season together in downtown Anderson!

Updated Schedule for Thursday, December 4:
- 4:30–6:30 PM – Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce’s Cookie Crawl
- 5:00–9:00 PM – Ice in the Park open in Carolina Wren Park
- 6:00 PM – TL Hanna Band performance on the square
- 6:00–7:00 PM – Visit with Santa Claus and take a photo on the square
- 7:00 PM – Anderson County Tree Lighting Ceremony and performance by The Combo Kings on the square
- 7:30 PM – Professional figure skater performance in Carolina Wren Park
