- Boats can be made from cardboard, glue and duct tape ONLY.
- Boats may be painted, varnished, and decorated.
- There is no size limit
- 2 paddlers ONLY, 1 paddler must be at least 12.
- You may use any type of paddle.
- All participants must wear approved PFDs (life jackets).
