Council: Special Called Meeting

The Anderson County Council will meet at noon on July 24, 2025 at the Anderson County Historic Courthouse, 101 South Main Street, Anderson, SC 29624.
The meeting purpose is for the second reading of Ordinance 2025-029: An Ordinance enacted pursuant to the Capital Projects Sales Tax Act, Title 4, Chapter 10, Article 3of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, providing for the imposition of a one percent sales and use tax upon referendum approval, the authorization of bonds payable from such sales and use tax upon referendum approval, the form of the ballot to used in connection therewith, and other matters relating thereto.
