Legislative Delegation Meeting Notice

The Anderson County Legislative Delegation will be filling the vacancy on the Anderson County Board of Education, Area Seven and Rep. Anne Thayer, Chairman has announced that there will be a meeting to interview candidates that have applied on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 5:00 in Courtroom 5 at 2404 N. Main Street. The appointment will be for the balance of the open seat expiring 12/31/24. The appointee will have to run in the 2024 general election in order to maintain the seat beyond that date.
