P.A.W.S. Receives a $10,210 #SpayTogether Grant

Anderson County, SC (July 1, 2020) – Anderson County PAWS is still hard at work behind the scenes saving lives. A huge thank you to The Humane Society of the United States for awarding us a $10,210.00 #SpayTogether grant. #SpayTogether is a national campaign that has the support of a coalition of the largest and most impactful animal welfare organizations in the United States and we are honored to have been awarded this grant. The grant money will be used to help us spay and neuter 290 cats and 74 dogs over the next few months.

This is in addition to the animals in the shelter and our current trap/neuter/return program that has been operating on a limited schedule. This will allow us to help more citizens that have been affected by Covid in Anderson County. Please email for assistance. We are always available to help animals in need. Thank you to our supportive, animal loving community. Stay safe, stay strong, #SpayTogether.  Thank you again to The Humane Society of the United States for placing their trust in Anderson County PAWS. Together we can make Anderson County a better place for animals and citizens.
