Anderson County Register of Deeds (ROD) will reduce office coverage to a three-person staff starting April 20, 2020. With this, our in-office hours of operation will be changing. We will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. ROD will record documents until noon each day. At this point, we will stop all recording of documents via mail, E-Record, FedEx, and UPS and will continue them the next working day.

With recording numbers declining and requests for copies increasing, we will be accepting all copy requests until noon and process through 2:00 p.m. each day. Requests for copies filled in the order received, and the ones not completed will be done on the following working day. For copy requests, email: deeds@andersoncountysc.org, by phone: 864-260-4054, or fax: 864-260-4443.
