ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson County is proud to announce that Sargent Metal Fabricators, Inc (Sargent Metal), a leading provider of precision metal fabrication solutions, will expand its operations in Anderson County. The company’s $9 million investment will create 20 new jobs over the next five years, further strengthening the region’s growing advanced manufacturing sector.
Founded in 1975, Sargent Metal recently celebrated 50 years of innovation, quality, and reliability in advanced metalworking. The company has long been a cornerstone of Anderson County’s manufacturing community. Sargent Metal specializes in precision metal fabrication, laser cutting, welding, powder coating, and assembly services to leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in a variety of
markets.
The expansion will allow Sargent Metal to increase its production capacity and meet rising demand from customers across the Southeast and beyond. The new facility improvements will include state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology, enabling us to better serve our current customers and meet the needs of future growth.
