The Anderson County Bicentennial Parade commemorates 200 years of local history in a lively and welcoming setting. Community members are encouraged to participate and enjoy the celebration. The goal of this committee will be to provide a partnership between SCDOT and Anderson County to fund local transportation projects, and improvements to state and county roads and city streets.
The goal of this committee will be to provide a partnership between SCDOT and Anderson County to fund local transportation projects, and improvements to state and county roads and city streets.
The Anderson County Transportation Committee consists of seven members appointed every two years by the Anderson County SC Legislative Delegation to disperse “C-funds” for various road projects in the county. C-funds represent a portion of the gasoline taxes collected at the pumps.
